Mr. Michael Dougliss
Supervisor
Mr. Dougliss' family arrived on Whidbey Island in 1874. He has a thorough comprehension of Whidbey Island’s history and an extensive knowledge about many of the founding families of the island. Mr. Dougliss was an Island County Cemetery Commissioner until 1997 when he relinquished the position to become the Supervisor of Maple Leaf Cemetery. Due to his compassion to our clients, commitment to the cemetery, and his knowledge of Whidbey Island he has proven to be an excellent asset to our staff.

Mr. Bob Little
Grounds Keeper
Our freindly Grounds Keeper is Mr. Bob Little. He assists in all duties of the cemetery to keep up the peaceful, park-like atmosphere for our guests. Being a local person Bob knows many families here on the island. With his dedication to customer service and his personal drive for excellence, he has proven to be a valuable asset to our team.

Burial Services Contractor
Our Burial Services Contractor is Mr. Michael Case-Smith. He has helped Maple Leaf Cemetery respectfully care to those who have passed by assisting in the burial process. As a respected community member, Michael continues to faithfully serve when called upon.

Mrs. Joan Dougliss
Secretary-Treasurer
Our Secretary-Treasurer is Mrs. Joan Dougliss. Mrs. Dougliss has held this position for the Cemetery since 1989 and has seen and contributed to many positive additions to the cemetery.
